For Healthcare Providers
- By using PulseShift Health, you agree to:

For Healthcare Facilities
- By posting shifts on PulseShift Health, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details
- • Comply with all applicable employment and healthcare regulations
- • Process applications and make hiring decisions in a timely manner
- • Honor agreed-upon compensation and terms for assignments
- • Provide a safe and professional work environment
- • Maintain appropriate professional liability coverage
Service Terms

- • Credentialing and licensing support
- • Travel and logistics coordination
- • Ongoing support throughout assignments
- We facilitate connections but are not a direct employer. Assignment terms are between providers and facilities.
Assignment Agreements
- Assignment terms include:
- • Specific dates, location, and schedule
- • Compensation rates and payment terms
- • Housing and travel arrangements
- • Scope of practice and facility policies
- • Cancellation and termination policies
- All parties must agree to terms before assignment begins.
Limitations and Disclaimers

- • We are not responsible for the quality of facilities or providers

- • We are not liable for disputes between providers and facilities

Account and Platform Use
